Re: Cat's back!!!
Hi Kat
WELL DONE and don't give up now, girl, when you are so close to your target!
You must be doing something right to have maintained for all this time!
I have only done 5 weeks, so still some way to go, but thanks for reminding me that it CAN be done!
Looking forward to celebrating with you once you reach your target!
Good luck!

Cat's back!!!
Hello
I am so pleased, after months of procrastinating and faffing about, but not gaining thankfully, I have managed to complete my first week on EQ1 and have lost......9 pounds yipeeeee.
i updated my tracker for the first time since January 2nd and cant believe that it is showing only 12 pounds to go to target.
This was my target 4 and a half stone and 8 months ago. I really should set a new one for another stone off which would bring me to 11 and a half stone which is, according the weight charts my ideal weight for my 5 foot 9 frame - but that might be too low - I will see in 12 pounds time :-)
Anyway - sorry for rambling but I never thought that I would get back on the wagon so am well pleased!!!!
