Hi Dawnjo,

Don't worry, it does take a little sorting.

I am on fmrp as I have a large amount to lose, and quickly for surgery. So i have to total and wc products. You can choose 4 products, ideally 3 sachets and a bar each day, plus the water, and vits, and nuts/seeds 4 times a week. So you see you aren't going that wrong.

I don't follow the eq programmes as weight loss will be slower and my hernia won't take salads etc!

You can mix the total and wc products up, depending on preference of flavours etc. The only difference is that the wc have no vits, but are higher in protein and lower in carbs.

ANY deviance from any one of the plans will slow weight loss, especially with the fmrp as so strict, and accurate, not even a finger lick allowed or this will ruin everything and could knock you out of ketosis. As long as you stick with a plan next week, you will continue to lose, and hey, 8lbs in your first week is absolutely great, that's more than 1/2 a stone!!! cheers

end of week 1 query

Hi, I've just finshed week 1 and I'm really pleased to have lost 8 Lbs, however, reading some of the posts I'm confused. I'm having a WC shake for breakfast, a WC or total bar for lunch, another shake or wc soup and hot chocolate in the evening. I'm also having a small portion of salad each day and nuts/seeds 3 times a week and vitamins. 4 times I've added an egg to the salad. I've had 4 ltr of water each day. My question is this... what plan am I following? I thought it was complete meal replacement but now I'm unsure. Am I doing this right? I found it really confusing trying to work out which shakes etc were WC or total and how many you can have. what is kee lite? I know about ETQ 1 etc and realise thats not what I'm doing. sorry to be so dim! I am in ket and loosing weight so something is working but I'm really worried I'm going to mess up next week. any advise gratefully received!
