Hi Vashti,
Thank you for your advice and support love, So far I'm managing to drink approx. 3/4 of the daily amount of water so I'm getting there gradually, weighed this morning and so far have lost 9lb since last Wednesday, so not doing too bad, and I don't feel hungry at all, all good signs....As for you my love, Good luck in getting the Op ASAP, and I really hope that you get back on track soon as you're doing so well so far.Good Luck Vashti.xx Wink

Hi snshaz,

Please resist the scales, I get tempted, sometimes every am., but when in a rush and getting kids up, it is so much more rewarding on weigh day to find a large quantity gone, like a Xmas surprise pressie! Then filling in my graph book I'm keeping and then doing my tracker.
Had Xmas off as really suffered with the cold, animals outside all needing regular feeding/cleaning, so hours out in low temperatures, couldn't hold on, so thank goodness hernia bearing up. As soon as thaw sets in and temperatures improve, I'm back on it as lost target now, so got to make up ground fast! Op needed ASAP, so can't afford to take time out, but so man layers, long johns the lot, still frozen!

Keep going, it does work, should practice what we preach, but try and drink plenty, I fall down there too, due to bladder probs., can't live in the loo!!!!!

Keep us posted with your progress, ups/downs, we want to hear it all, we're all here to help each other through the highs and lows.

Good luck this week! Very Happy
