Hi Katy.
We're a barn conversion and a small, smallholding, just enough room for the horse and my flock of utility chickens,. White Wyandottes and Rhode Island Reds.
Glad to hear you're sticking at it, thinking of you.

Thanks!
Thanks Vashti, one of the better ones of me with less chins than usual!!!
Really looking forward to summer now and I normally hate being too hot but I think it will balance me out to being just right! My hubby keeps telling me i've 'got no blood in me' and he finds it hilarious that he goes to bed completely starkers and i'm in long pj's and a robe
Don't worry, I have no intention of breaking off, I know how hard it is to get going and it scares the cr*p out of me knowing that if I cheat it will definately show on the scales and all my effort and sacrifice will not have been worth it
Do you live on a farm then?
Katy x

Re: Soooo ffffffreeeeeeezing!
Hi Katy,
Firstly, lovely photo of you!
Yes you are right, the ketosis does make you feel the cold ALOT!
This is what's preventing me from getting going, a cold barn and jobs outside especially in this wind, do not help one iota!
The consolation is that you are already in ketosis, so try and 'ride out the storm', as I can assure you that if you break off, you could be in the same boat as me, and losing it, only not in the right way if you know what I mean!
Hang in there and keep going, the weather can only get better, and keep wrapped up, and ignore family taking the .......
Even though you are suffering now, the scales will continue downwards!! Best of luck, and well done on your hard work so far.

Soooo ffffffreeeeeeezing!
Evening Ladies,
I think I have read that some of you are colder than usual?
I'm soooooo freezing cold all the time, wearing several layers and a thick cardi in the house, WITH the heating on AND under a fleece throw at the moment!
Is this normal and is it because i have no fuel in my furnace so to speak?!
