Hi VLCD NewBee's

Post by KeeSupport on Wed Jan 15, 2014 1:52 am

Hi ladies, thanks for joining us on the Kee Forum a great place to keep in touch with us and other dieters. Been a little quite due to Christmas but hopefully off and running again.

The first 4 days are generally the hardest, with hunger and fatigue experienced whilst your glycogen (instant energy) resource is worn down to force your body to use stored fat. So although a difficult period well worth it and your first weigh in will be terrific. Hold that thought Smile

If you have any questions just howler and we will try to help and advice.

Best Wishes and keep us informed of your progress

Hi Angela

Hows your first couple of days been?
I struggled with cravings and irritability at first but woke up this morning feeling quite bouncy.
i'm mostly using the shakes but enjoy the cottage pie with half a grated courgette mixed in
for my evening meal.
Be good to hear how you're finding it.

have a good day

Hi Angela

I'm starting today too-I have 70lbs to lose so going to be in it for the long haul
I'm starting on the rapid plan but will probably go on to the social plan after a few weeks.

Hope your first day has been ok.

All the best
