Fell off the wagon yesterday but not too bothered, today is a new fresh day. It's made me even more determined.

I think I fell off the wagon purely because I was at home, rather bored. I just have to find something to occupy my time when I'm not at work.

I've been trying to get as much exercise as I can.

Hi ElkyElky,

Check with pixies, but not sure you're supposed to have gum. Not a 'user' so never had need to ask, but think this been brought up before.

Shakes vary with sweetness, depending on whether you have the WC or the Total ones. Play around with the dilution rate too, to find the right amount for each flavour to suit your personal tastes, you do get used to them, and it's worth it! Very Happy

First timer

Post by ElkyElky on Wed Jan 20, 2010 4:58 am

Hi everyone

Today is my first day on the diet. Finding it pretty hard so far, feeling somewhat hungry but smoking seems to help, strangely. I found myself smoking slightly more today than any other day, but it seems to be taking away my hunger. I'll focus on quitting smoking once I've reached my desired weight.

The milkshakes are awful in my opinion, but I'm sure I'll get used to the taste as the days go by. The soup is ok but doesn't come close to Heinz.

I'll have to stock up on sugar free chewing gum. cyclops
