HOW TO MAKE COOKIES & BISCUITS

Chocolate or Vanilla Biscuit!
Add a small amount of sparkling water to a chocolate/vanilla shake pack, add a small pinch of salt and mix until it resembles a thick paste. Spread this on a small plate oR a piece of greaseproof paper, and round it into a biscuit shape and bake it in the microwave for about 2 1/2 minutes (dependant on microwave settings). The result is a crunchy chocolaty/vanilla biscuit with a “dunking” texture.
*Try different flavours.

Butterscotch & Ginger Cookies with extras, minimal risk may kick you out of ketosis
Mix a butterscotch/toffee pack with fizzy water until a thick paste. Add two drops of ginger essence (from Tescos -, but just as an ocassional treat..!) Put three of four dollops on a sheet of greaseproof paper and microwave for 2 mins. Check if they're firm to the touch and if not, zap them in 5-10 second bursts. Watch they don't burn!!
