Hi, I prefer the Total Shakes as a shake drink and love the WC Shakes as a mousse, lick the spoon clean and really filling and delicious. The WC & Total soups taste much the same as each other and have bars that I like as well from both. Absolutely love the Apple Bar, Cranberry Bar and Coconut Bar.

Recommend buying the Sample Box and you get sent 28 different products from both to sample.

Roz x

Hi Angela,

My advice is to try a sachet of each flavour you like the sound of, some people like the porridge, but some like me, loathe it, bit lie Marmite-love it or hate it!
I like the WC soups and shakes, s/berry, choc, leek, mushroom(some hate this one), and onion(also can be despised).
the choc , caramel bars, and am going to try the new cranberry bars next time.

Very much a decision that comes down to personal taste, so try one of each and mark them off as you go.

Glad to have you on board, come on here when you're low, or have good news to share, it all helps everyone else, and advice can be offered if you need it. Very Happy

Hi Angela

Welcome, it really is a case of personal preference.

I really like the Weight control shakes, but mix them with more water than in the instructions. My favourites are banana and strawberry.

There is no doubt that they taste artificial, but are pleasant enough and a means to an end as the plan works really well.

See my sig for weight lost so far.

Hi Im new - I have a question

Post by amitchell on Mon Feb 22, 2010 2:50 am

Hi Everyone

I am thinking of starting this programme as I want to lose approx 2 stone more if I can.

Please can you advise if the shake taste ok?

I would love to hear how you are all getting on.
