when did you start? and did you get weight off in the first week. it's day 3 and NOTHING for me:( i am rougly the same weight/height as you too!

Michelle well done on your 4lb loss, I know what you mean about the water, I tend to find you really need it though as times goes on you get thirstier and thirstier-well certainly in my case.

Haha, I found it a doddle too so dont worry!

You can mix and match the products bit i'd stick to 4 a day wheras with just WC you can have 4-6 products. If I mix and match I have 3 WC and 1 Totoal and make sure you have a vitamin a day too

Hi everyone,

well, I'm on my 4th day and a little worried i'm finding it too easy !! I ordered a week supply of total products and have found drinking water no problem at all, drinking at least 2 1/2 litres a day. I have a vanilla shake in the morning mushroom soup for lunch, my bar for tea and a soup for supper. No headaches, not feeling hungry at all!! I've just received a months supply of weight control to try for more flavour choices. Am I right in thinking they are the same as Total without the vitamins? Can I mix n match both plans in 1 day or am \i better sticking to a Total day, then a weight control day?? Lost 4lbs in 4 days but only gonna try and weigh once a week. Just was worried its working as finding it a doddle at the moment???????

Hiya, I know what you mean about the water, I stick to 2 litres a day and about 3 big coffees and that works for me, no headaches, no dizziness\consitipation (once but resolved!) if I drank more i'd be needing tenalady!

Forgot to say, I also try to drink lots first thing in the morning, as I always feel quite dehydrated when I wake up. I drink a big glass which I keep by my bed, then have another glass and a big cuppa with my breakfast. Add in the 500ml bottle on the way to work and I reckon I've drunk around 1.5 litres by the time I get there (guess where the first stop is on arrival?!)

Yes that was my reasoning behing this plan too! It's the only place I can guarantee to be regularly and for long enough to actually finish the drink!! Good luck, Julie X

Mora, I thought that the water was supposed to be on top of what you add to your packs? But may be wrong.
I have increased a lot because I got quite dehydrated around week 6 despite drinking way over 2.5 litres a day. I have increased this to more like 5 litres (yikes!). I fill 4x500 ml bottles each morning and drink one every time I drive. I drink a large glass plus a mug of tea with breakfast, loads with lunch and dinner and sip inbetween plus probably have another couple of cups of tea through the day (I take it very weak).
As you might guess, I am constantly on the loo, but it really does help (although you may well get away with less than this so please don't panic!)

Hi Michelle!

I am in week 3 and currently drink 2-3 litres a day. I started on a 1.4 litres week one, then got thirstier so found upping to 2 litres easy and now im upping to nearly 3 litres a day! I think your body will tell you it needs more.

You can intake this easier than you think. 2 coffees/leaf teas and a hot choc pack is a good start. Flavoured water and the drink packs are another then you just have an extra glass or two. That will make your minimum intake a day up (depending on mug and cup sizes).

Just remember no citric acid!

Hello I'm totally new to this !!

Hi
I need to lose 4 stone (currently 5'2 and 14 stones). I totally believe I can do this but the 4 litres of water a day does worry me. How do you drink all that?? I have maybe a coffee and a couple of glasses of dilute a day.
