is anyone else starting diet around 13th august?

Hi there.
Im sorry about the baby. it is horrible when things like that happen. heartache is the worse thing, our 7 month baby had openheart surgery 6 weeks ago and the whole time was horrific.

I have been on holiday so wrong time to start but lost 7lb this week and that was with being a litle naughty too so hopefully better loss this week.

I have 8 - 9 stone to loose so hell off a way for me yet. im 5ft 7 and stsrting weight was 20stone so not good.

Hi I thought I would reply. I have just started on Kee on 16th August- yesterday. I did start something similar w8to go or something a few months back but ended straying - then found out I was pregnant.

Anyway have decided to start again as I lost the baby so no excuses but to lose weight before trying for another.
Anyway a bit about me......

I used to be slim ish anywhere between a 11-12st and size10-14. But put on 6-7 stone with my baby. 1 month after having the baby I was 16st.7lb.

Started LL last summer lost 9lb in the first 5 days- then 6lb in the second week. I lost 2st all together in 1 month. I gave up after that. But kept the 2stone off. So since last year I have been hovering at 14st.

So here I am ready and looking forward to some success. I have sort of writen on each week in my diary what weight I would like to be - so i am hoping this is motivation, as I aim to lose 2st or just over by October.
