Everybody's tastes are different. I ordered a one week sample first and then ordered a one month pack after that - gives you a good idea of what you will like and they are good value. You can order single packs as samples - try the yoghurt mix. Do not just buy a month's worth of a single product without trying it first as some people seem to really hate some items! I'm reasonably happy to eat all the products although there are a couple I wouldn't bother to order again - I don't really care for the fruit drinks but that's probably because they are the least food like!
I had never tried a FMRP before and quickly realised that just doing shakes wouldn't have worked for me.
I tend towards the stuff that resembles real food, and have porridge and the meals most days with a soup for lunch. I cut a bar into quarters and have 2 bits in the morning and two in the afternoon. I also use the 50 kcal veg allowance as a salad or steamed veg with my meal, also try grating a courgette into the meals to bulk them up.
I lost 1st 3lb in the first 4 weeks and wasn't hungry after the first 4 days. Good luck!! sunny

You can (just to confuse you more) mix the two (WC and Total) as long as you have a multivit.
If you are planning FMRP just keep under 800kcal a day.
I started on FMRP but moved to Kee Lite quite quickly as I find it hard not having any 'real' food.

The WC control as less in calories (at around 100 cals a pack) & vitamins, so you can have up to 6 packs a day..... you will also need a multi-vitamin tablet once a day!

The Total ones are more calories so you can only have 4 a day but these have all your daily vitamins in Smile

I am on Kee Lite, so i have 3 packs a day (combination of WC & Total) and a small White & Green meal, hope this info helps x

Confused....can someone help!!!

What is the difference between weight control products and total protikee?? Does it matter which you choose?

I was previously on Lighterlife but this seems more confusing. Can anyone make this plan seem simple??

Thanks
Gillian
