Hi Sammy,

Well done for what you've achieved so far. Good luck on kee, I think it can help if you at least cut down on your carbs but your stuff won't take long and I didn't prepare really beforehand.

We are currntly about the same weight but I don't think I've seen 12 stone anything since my early teens and am aiming at the moment on 10-7. Make use of the forum, it's nice to have a little support without the hassle of meetings.

Hello All - new to Kee x

Post by sammyfa on Tue Nov 30, 2010 7:25 pm

Hello All,

My name is Sammy and I am new to Kee Diet - but not new to VLCD - Last year dropped 10 stone with 'lighterlife' then counsellor left and i have maintianed a loss of of 8 1/2 stone but would just like to refocus and get the gain off and rebalance. I currently weigh 14 stone 2 and my goal was 12stone 7lbs which i did achieve - but have gained as i said !!! I don't want to put people off because i know regain is a worry for anyone undertaking a VLCD becuase it really has changed my life - i weighed over 20 stone for most of my adult life and certainly for the last 10 years and at 40 i now feel 'normal' and i can run 5k in under 30 mins which i could not walk 2 years ago - so i am here to refocus and get off the excess, just waiting for my box of goodies to arrive. One query - should i cut carbs out until the box arrives - i remember doing this for lighter life x

Thanks
Sammy x
