Thats great well done you, just think one more week and that will be one stone .... Worth it...

Funny you should say about treats we recently started a discussion on our Facebook link about rewards and target lists. Worth a read.

Keep up the good work and make your dreams come true.

Hi LucyLu2

Post by Admin on Wed Jan 19, 2011 7:34 pm

Great time to start, a hard week for dieters as many fall off the wagon this week as New Year thoughts and resolution start to get weaker and self control is a struggle. Push through and prove the statistics wrong, spring comes first when we start to remove some layers and will make you feel so much better than muffin tops over those jeans. LOL

Put up a ticker from home screen instructions we can then all share your journey with you.

Hi Lucylu2, Welcome Back.
Must be the New Year Resolutions working their magic..... Good Luck for the coming days, work hard and give 100% effort, remember to go back to basics and read those diet rules. Remember it is the dieter who sabotages their own diet and dreams to become slim and it is only the dieter that can make their weight loss a success.

I know the feeling, I need to lose 2 stone to get back to my original loss weight of 13 stone, then I will look at losing another 2 stone to get 11 stone Smile

Hi spice-cookie

Post by Admin on Sat Jan 15, 2011 12:17 am

Welcome back, unfortunately a very familar story, many of us revert back to old habits in times of stress or unhappiness, so don't be too hard on yourself. Unfortunately rubbish foods high in carbs and sugars tend to make us feel instantly better due to their composition and then 10 mins later we feel bad, but just cant stop.

This time go for it and get in tune with your mind & body, your trigger foods and mood triggers. Invent new ways to deal with the need to binge when unhappy or un-hungry and if you feel the need to eat because life is crap only eat healthy foods, remember you can't always control things that happen around you, but you can control what you put in your mouth. In times of stress, damage limitation and a good tip, you generally feel fuller quicker and without the High GI carbs & sugars the need to keep eating diminishes.

You can do it Spice-Cookie, remember KeeTeam are here for you if you need support or advice.
