PHONE LINE PROBLEM

Hi KeeBee's - Unfortunately we have had catastrophic errors on our phone line system recently & understand that many messages recorded have been wiped from our system prior to us even knowing you have called. This problem is hopefully being fixed over the next few days with an engineer due to call the beginning of next week.

We apolgoies to any of those who feel that we have let you down and not called back, our telephone messages are collected each day and normally responded to within 24hours. If ever you need a quicker response or to advise us of a problem you are guaranteed an response if you email us, a member of staff is constantly online in front of a terminal from 8am - 4pm and your messages flag up. sos@thekeediet.co.uk is the best address to use for instant action.
