Evening All,

Hello Newbee Keebees...

Wishing you lots of luck with your journeys. Add a tracker to your page and it is a fantastic motivational tool (on the home page follow instructions to do this), then catch up with all us Keebees and we will hopefully all be able to inspire each other and help each other through our journeys.

Good Luck and if you have any questions dont be afraid to ask Admin and Keebees will hopefully come to the rescue.

Well done on making the first step on your path.

Hi Morning delight

I'm on my first week too i have my first weigh in on saturday-can't wait to see how much i've lost,
The first 3 days i was hungry all the time but its not been so bad the last couple of days. I've had my salad/veg allowance most days and a 5th pack now and again as i'm tall (5'10)

Look forward to seeing how you get on-making use of the forum is great as watching everyones progress is so motivating.
Have a great 1st day

There is a section on the forum if you look where there are a lot of recipes you can use
but at the moment i just use the packs.

It takes a few days for your body to get into ketosis and start to burn the fat so i think
its best just to use the products till then.

I think sugar free jelly might be allowed when you have been doing this for a while but any
questions you have just post to admin and they are really good at getting back to you, i think
they follow our posts on here so they pick up on any queries we have.

I will be here for quite a few weeks so feel free to keep posting xx

Thank you Sue,

I will, I was wondering, if you have any recipes you can do with meal packs or soups? (muffins etc?) and also are you allowed to have diet jelly? (gelatine and flavoured water?) Thank you so much, good luck with your diet, Today is my first day, so fingers crossed ! xxx
