Hi All

Thank you for your kind words on my naughtiness I'm back to being on the straight and narrow today and not going too bad!! I did weigh myself this morning and have lost 18lbs in 3 weeks so I should feel proud. People are commenting too now so that's quite nice.

So here's to my official weigh in tomorrow!!!!

Good luck all!!!

Hi Danni,

Hope you have managed to have a better day today. Life throws little challenges our way and the road
is never smooth so you will have hiccups along the way.

Whatever happens when you get on the scales tomorrow wont change your result in the long run, you
will still get to your goal and be able to look forward. If you have a loss its a bonus and will inspire you
to carry on, im sure you wont have done any damage.

I have just started my 9th week today so its taken me 8 weeks to lose 27lb, at the start it seemed like
a lifetime and i felt i had a mountain of lard to climb, now though i cant believe how fast its gone and
its become 2nd nature to just have packs.

Keep positive and stay focused, i find it really helpful to keep posting on the forum, there is always
someone on here with a good listening ear or words of encouragement.

Have a good week

Love Sue x Smile

Aw Danni, life just gets in the way sometimes, and we have to deal with it as we go along.

I had to do something similar this w/end. Away for a long w/end, did fine Fri/Sat, but Sunday hadn't bargained on being at a sit down family meal (thought it was going to be buffet), and just couldn't contend with the inquisition having one of my packs would have caused, plus my embarrassment at having to explain, etc. I got a very small portion of lasagne and just had that, plus the 2 packs I'd had during the earlier part of the day, and that was it.

Today I've been travelling most of the day, and ended up having 2 bars and 2 snack packs, which isn't ideal, and not nearly enough fluids, because there were no refreshments on the train, and had to share my half litre of water with 2 children on the train Sad My WI day should have been today, but not home to do it, so it'll be tomorrow instead. Think it's going to be interesting too, as I'm concerned I'll have come out of ketosis by having the lasagne. Had a whacking headache on Saturday too, and no idea what that was about, but could have been dehydrated, although I did try to keep my fluid intake up.

Here's hoping it hasn't ruined our efforts for the whole week.

Hi Danni

Don't beat yourself up. We all fall off the wagon occasionally for all kinds of reasons, but the best thing to do is just climb back on again and just think of it as a hiccup.....I'm sure nothing too serious will happen at weigh in!

I'll be watching for the good news!

Post by Dannib78 on Mon Apr 16, 2012 5:57 am

Hi all

I've got to come clean I've been a little bit naughty this weekend. I haven't eaten badly just Friday i tried to do crambled eggs with the omelette messed it up was hungry so had a slice of homemade pizza was good Saturday and then today I was out house hunting not drunk enough and had to have 2 bars as impossible to do shakes. So Tuesday's weigh in will be interesting Question
