Brill VLCD Weight Loss

Great News Lizzie, well done !!. Funny how we craving things we take for granted or would turn down in normal circumstances and opts for rubbish. Its quite common on a VLCD to hear that.

hi , thank you for all your kind email and support still on the diet , i crave eatting a egg , posted 18 ib lose in 5 weeks , feel empty thats the feeling i have , now lost 4 more pounds , going into 6 week on firday ,

Hi Lizzie, great weight loss for your month 14lb. It does seem a little eratic. It can be normal in Week 3 to have a slight or no weight loss, often constipation can arise as well, boredom and water levels fall. It is one of those weeks that you have to get back to basics again and really knuckle down.

You may wish to PM us, you really shouldnt be physically hungry at this stage if following the VLCD plans. Ketosis's natural effect is that your hunger diminishes, not totally and yes you should still be hungry by the time of your next meal but not starving and not all the time. If you wish to send us your height, start BMI and Weight, and weight etc now and your daily routine, plan your following etc then we can have a look at your diet for you.

I think you're weight loss is ace!

There is a pattern to your losses, you just have to keep going. Remember it's not just about numbers on scales! Measure yourself, i bet you lost inches!

I'm always starving in Ketosis but it's worth it.


I'm day 6, so got longer to go than you. You've done brill. The weight will come off in te end.

Well done you for the fantastic loss in 5 , weeks .... you must be very chuffed with yourself . We all seem to lose weight at different paces , just keep up the good work ! I'm sure we all have day's when we are starving but just try to drink more and focus your mind on something else . It will be worth it in the end Very Happy

hi 6 lb the 1 st week , 5 lb the 2 nd week , nothing the 3 rd week 7 lb the four week nothing the 5 week , this diet does my head in , i am feeling staving , does anyone eles feel the way i do , lizzie x
