Hi Kate

Glad to hear you are back with it again. We've all got enough will power if we dig down deep enough, after all you are in charge, not your stomach or your tastebuds

Well done on losing a stone already, fantastic.

Superb news, glad to hear things are sounding positive. Keeping going when other things are around to distract you is really good, shows you will be able to cope very well when you reach your target weight too. Keep up the good work.

making progress!

Post by KeeBeeKate on Tue Jul 03, 2012 1:57 am

Hi All,

Been away a while so thought that i would share my weightloss update. I took a break from the diet as i had to sort a few things with the Dr but now all seems ok - just waiting on a few more test results but on advice am starting slowly and building up.

I have been careful with my health recently but i have lost 1stone half a pound in 6 weeks. So am relatively pleased - heres to a good summer and a continued weightloss. Must have a chat with my friend 'will Power' though!

Hope every one is doing good
