Service through our Holiday Period - August 2012
Hi KeeBee's - Our Holiday Period is soon upon us & many staff are taking a well-deserved break. Those left behind Sad will of course endeavour to process & dispatch your orders within our normal service policy as mentioned on our "Delivery Details" Page, but please be prepared for occasional delays. Our Manufacturers are also closing for part of August, but we are fully stocked to ensure we can continue to meet your requirements.

When ordering throughout August we recommend clients following a Diet Plan that requires a constant supply of products, order a minimum of 5 days in advance of running short to cover any possible delay. Please also note that if selecting Royal Mail postage at checkout, this is not a guaranteed 1 - 5 day service and within the T&C of Royal Mail 1st Class Mail deliveries can take up to 15 working days. Only after 15 Working Days are we able to resend goods and claim for lost parcels. Courier services are a guaranteed service and are easily trackable to provide information and more control.

Staff will also endeavour to answer emails, telephone calls and offer support to our clients throughout our Holiday Period, again some delays my be experienced, so please be patient. We will always strive to provide the best service possible
