Thanks so much will go to site, does adding the veg make a great difference or should I keep up the good work without, I'm struggling with no eating CHUNKY CHEWABLE FOOD.

Permitted veg ?

Post by Wendy Brew on Sat Aug 18, 2012 8:51 am

I've only just started this diet three days so far, what exactly are the permitted veg? I also read somewhere that someone was having trouble mixing the soup , "lumps in it" well I found the tiny little whisk used for coffee milk is great! I'm struggling "hats off to those long timers" I can only hope to be there ...or STILL THERE !
