Welcome along Belle.

I'm sure you will get on just fine. I know it's hard losing the weight, it's also hard keeping it off. The way I'm looking at it this time is that I might as well be making lots of effort once I've lost the weight because at least I will be slim through it all. At the moment I'm making an effort and I'm overweight.

Good luck Belle, but you should be fine if you have done LL before. I'm sure you will hit your target weight in no time at all.

Yes aim for over 2lts, 4lts would be great or higher depending on how you manage.

Newbie, day one!!

Post by Annabelle on Tue Aug 21, 2012 9:01 pm

Good morning everyone!

Day one on protikee and after having been good since i opened my eyes 3 hours ago i already feel like i deserve to have lost a stone lol. Im a previous LL-er, albeit a very long time ago, so iv got a fair idea of how this will go and if i stick to it there is NO WAY i wont lose weight.

So determination it is!! Eeeeek!!

Iv already managed half a litre of water this morning so thats not too bad, is it 4 litres we're meant to aim for?

Im 15st 3lb (oh the shame!) at 5'5" so a big chick, my initial goal is to get down to 13st, at that im marginally comfortable, and then take it from there. Small steps to begin with!

Good luck to everybody!

Belle x
