The one they sell on here is just a vitamin and mineral supplement, nothing special. I think if you have 4 of the Total products each day then that should be giving you most of what you need. On top of that it does not harm to take extra vitamins. I don't think it's too important which ones, but I'm not sure.

Thank you, so do you know whats in the supplement offered by KEE ? I was silly enough to read the side effects of a VCLD, I know you should always read up, but there's always going to be a downside. I read hair loss, and poor skin ... I just want to be sure I'm doing this DIET ATTACK,on my body, with at least side effect damage as possible..

I don't know too much about supplements but I carry on taking a cod liver oil with multivitamins - it's a Boots tablet. Taking cod liver oil and a separate vitamin tablet can give you too much vitamin A. I also take an additional vitamin E plus a couple of drinks of Benefibre.

So, the 2 vitamins I take all the time anyway, the Benefibre is extra during the shakes.

I think you already have it covered, the only thing I can remember from the info on the diet is the nut/seed suppliment to provide you with the oils you need.

Personally after doing this since march with only a 10 day break I've been healthy, and I'd say my skin etc is clearer (probably due to the water drinking). All i've done is add in a daily multivitamin from tesco, nothing fancy, although they do recommend a slow release version of this.

As my main focus was to ''just get started '' on the 4x packets, I ordered those as a 4 week package. I didn't get the ketosis sticks or supplements . As I'm only doing 4 weeks I didn't think I'd need them. I'm taking vitamins for my hair and nails, along with a multi vitamin. Is there anything else I SHOULD be taking ? As I've said I'm full of energy and I'm sleeping well ...so I feel I've no need to, but am happy to be advised....
