ORDER STATUS UPDATE ERROR

Hi KeeBees,

Just to let you know that our system is having a problem sending out emails to confirm parcel status Embarassed . Once you place an order you will most probably not hear from us as to whether your parcel is out to you yet or in process etc- we have our tech team looking into it but it might take a little while to correct itself! So if you dont hear anything, dont panic!

In the meantime if you place an order and want to view the status please pop onto your account and it will show you the status of the parcel in your own personal details area.

Hope this helps those of you who have been concerned and explains the situation that we are experiencing!
