I haven't had the problrm & I know the pixies are away to Monday but send the email now anyhow, as I remember they said they would check inperiodically whilst off. So send it anyhow now.

Hope you can get it resolved soon.

I know the office and website is shut untill monday, due to a 2 week holiday.
i did have that problem when i first started, i emailed the site and they sorted it fairly quickly for me.

Can't log in to kee shop to order products...HELP!!!

Hi Guys,
Have tried to do my order tonight for the upcoming week as am going to run out soon, but the shop is saying my account has been diactivated...has anyone else experienced this???? if so how do I resolve it?
