Marigold Boullion
Hi Keebies.
Further to the message below, Marigold Boullion is virtually the same as both the Cambridge Savoury Drink and Ligherlife Vegetable Drink but costs less than £2.00 generally a tub. Big Savings.
You can add to cups (2 x teaspoons) to a FMRP without generally upsetting Ketosis. We do suggest that you visit a health shop and purchase the Purple Variety as this contains less salt than the Supermarket variety which is generally Green. Your kidneys are working so hard processing all the water, give them a break and don't add extra salt to your plan.
Hope this has helped

Lighter Life let you have their sachets of stock but you can also use Marigold Swiss Vegetable Bouillion Powder which is available from most supermarkets. Be careful not to go for just any brand as most have a high fat content.

I'm sure you would as Lighter Life, which is a similar thing, do sachets of what they call "broth" that is basically just chicken stock and they let you have them all the way through. Stock is virtualy carb free I think.

When cooking actual 'proper' food!
I am thinking (well dreaming!) ahead and I know we can eventually have things like chicken, green veg and cous cous etc, I saw we can have curry powder and spices but can we have chicken stock to make up a curry?
I know its a while off but I like to get these ideas straight in my head so I have something to look forward to!
Thanks
